Data controller
This website is operated by Hardvex Tekstil. Our address and contact details are shown at the bottom of this page. Hardvex Tekstil is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
What data we process
When you use our contact or quote forms, we receive your name, company, email, phone, country, request details and any file you choose to upload. For technical reasons, server logs may record your IP address and browser information.
Why we use it
We use your data only to respond to your request, prepare quotes and communicate with you. We do not send bulk marketing emails.
Legal basis
Your data is processed based on your explicit consent and where necessary for steps prior to entering into a contract.
Sharing
Form submissions are delivered to us by email. Our website and email services run on our hosting provider's servers. Your data is not shared with other third parties.
Third-party services
Some images are loaded from Unsplash's servers. The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only after you click "Show map". WhatsApp links take you to the WhatsApp service. These services are subject to their own privacy policies.
Retention
Request correspondence is kept for the duration of our relationship and as long as legally required, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Please send requests to info@hardvexworkwear.com.
